My name is Paul Isaf. My experience includes Police work, Coastguardsman, Contractor for Roadway Package System and Federal Express, along with Red Cross Instructor and Advanced NAUI Diver, etc.

I hold an ITA (Inspection Training Associates) graduate certificate. I have taken the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) national for Home Inspections (xx9292015663) and hold a specialty contractor's license for home inspecting.

With today's liability, a competent, trained Home Inspector gives you and your client a confidence that will ease the transaction. In Florida, as well with many other states, do not require formal training for Home Inspectors. This has put many contractors and laymen in the field of inspection.

I am a homeowner and investor myself, and I understand the need for good information on your investments. I have adopted and customized ASHI requirements with Palm Tech software for my reports. This allows me quick summary reviews and objective reporting. This is practical information for your benefit.

I look inside electrical panels, attics and in crawl spaces, etc. I have a affinity for people and a sense of responsibility to do things right the first time.
